A light-filled warehouse studio in Mermaid Beach for engagement parties, baby showers, birthdays, workshops, corporate events and intimate weddings. When you book, the space is all yours.

At a glance

• Capacity: up to 60 guests standing

• Space: 9 x 9m (approx. 80m²)

• BYO: food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

• Finish time: 11:00pm. Set-up and pack-down are included in your hire time

Pricing

Monday – Thursday: $80 per hour, 4-hour minimum (from $320)

Friday – Sunday: $110 per hour, 6-hour minimum (from $660)

Optional add-on: 4 cocktail tables + 16 bar stools, $240

Deposit: $250 to secure your date (balance due 21 days before your event)

Bond: $400, refunded within 5 business days after the venue inspection

How to book

1. Choose your date and time and request a booking

2. Pay the $250 deposit within 2 days to lock it in

3. Pay the balance and $400 bond 21 days before your event

4. Arrive, set up and celebrate
