Room by IQ Studio is perfect for engagement parties, baby showers, gender reveals, corporate meetings/team building events, birthdays, workshops, weddings/wedding receptions, and any other special occasion.
Pricing + Info
Planning an event can be stressful and consists of a lot of moving parts. That’s why we have simplified our hire times and pricing so you can lock in your venue and get planning on the fun stuff!
Our venue is BYO food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Our Rates:
Monday-Thursday:
Flexible booking times | $80 per hour | min. 4 hours
Friday-Sunday hire:
Flexible bookings | $110 per hour | min. 6 hours
Further Requirements:
Bond amount for all event bookings is $400
Our venue hire options below are inclusive of bump-in and bump-out times and has a firm exit time of 11:00pm.
If you have specific requests or wish to hire our venue for consecutive days, please contact us to obtain a quote.
Our space is suitable for 50-60pax standing. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings for over this limit.

Included in your hire of Room by IQ Studio is a beautifully presented aesthetic warehouse studio. Each booking includes access to:

9x9m of usable space
Large floor mirrors (non-moveable)

Centrally located
Large roller door as main entrance
Easy access for suppliers/vendors
Self-entry and self-exit
“10c Tom Bins” to dispose of cans and bottles, reduce waste
We now have four cocktail tables and 16 stools available to add to your event for $240
