About our Space

Nestled in the industrial area of Mermaid Beach lies Room by IQ Studio. Boasting two large roller doors, plenty of props, authentic industrial floor, high ceilings, chandelier, brick white walls and curtains, the creative opportunities are endless. With plenty of natural light throughout the whole day and an opulent stream of golden light in the afternoon, Room by IQ Studio creates the perfect setting for any occasion.

Our studio includes:

• 80 Square Metres (9x9) of space.

• Bathroom (also can be used as a change room)

• Air condition

• Kitchenette & bar fridge

• Various couches

• Plinths and mirrors

• 2 large floor-standing mirrors

• Clothing Racks*

• Portable curtain backdrops*

• Paper backdrops*

• Basic photography lighting*
